Yoga On Deck

Our yoga on deck retreats are led by Kimberly who has been coming to the mat for over 25 years and is an RYT200 instructor with Yoga Alliance. She practices with intentionality and leads meaningful yoga sessions which will unite your mind, body and soul.

If you are looking for a private day of yoga on deck, just pick your date and Kimberly will guide you through an enriching day of meditation, personal introspection, gentle yoga on deck as well sun salutations on the beach.

Once a month during sailing season, Kimberly also hosts an open session for up to 6 individuals to sign up and enjoy a special yoga focus for the day. We invite you to come meet some new friends in a relaxed environment where everyone is in a yogic frame of mind, body, and spirit. Individual sign up for designated open session dates $195 per person.

Extended Yoga Retreats

If a full day of yoga is not enough or if you would like to plan a special friends weekend, mother/daughter getaway or a couples retreat focused to actively centering your mind, body and spirit – then the Extended Yoga Retreat aboard Take Me There is just for you.

Pick any two days that meet your schedule. And then come aboard and leave all schedules behind. Most people think of yoga as the physical poses that contort your body into seemingly unnatural shapes. Let’s redefine yoga. Your two days will help to reset and rebalance your mind, body, and spirit through a journey inward. Kimberly will guide you through peaceful and purposeful experiences designed to rest your mind and rejuvenate your soul. Remember – yoga is not a workout as much as it is a work-in: an inward journey to greater connection with yourself. Meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (physical practice), journaling, conversations, and connecting creates a foundation for you to enjoy a peaceful time aboard.
